PayQuest - Welcome Page

PayQuest is UC Irvine's on-line check request system that will replace the paper "Form 5 Check Request, Form 6 Travel Advance Form and The Travel Expense Voucher".

The PayQuest application presents users with 8 categories of easy-to-use web forms which can be processed on-line and submitted directly to Accounting. These categories will be released over a period of time.

PayQuest forms eliminate duplicate data entry efforts and incorporate edits to ensure policy compliance.

Original supporting documents are scanned and available for departments to view through their desktop directory.

Effective September 1, 2008 Meal and Incidental Expenses will no longer be reimbursable for travel less than 24 hours. See Penny's page for more information regarding this policy revision.
